Our faculty, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Department of Dietetics on 19/12/2023 by Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Murat AÇIK and Dr. Lecturer. With the participation of Lecturer Murat ALTAN and 3rd grade students of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, a technical trip was organized within the scope of the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Term Mass Nutrition Systems course.
At the event, ISS Ready Meal Production and Hiz. A.Ş., the project and regional responsible Dietitian Zerrin İNANMAZ gave information about the production activities of the facility. The activities of the storage, preparation and production areas of the facility were monitored and informed on site. In addition, a presentation was made about HACCP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 applied by dietitians and food engineers working in the institution.
