Our faculty Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Department of Dietetics on 08/01/2025 by Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Murat ALTAN, Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Seda ÖNAL, Assoc. Assist. Şule AYHAN, Assist. Assist. Şeyma Nur DEMİREL and 3rd-year students of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, a technical trip was organized within the scope of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Term Mass Nutrition Systems course.
At the event, ISS Ready Meal Production and Hiz. A.Ş., the project, and regional responsible Dietitian Zerrin İNANMAZ gave information about the production activities of the facility. The facility's storage, preparation, and production areas were monitored and informed on-site. In addition, dietitians and food engineers working in the institution gave a presentation about HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000.
